As an RBT I worked 1:1 with children ages 3-11 on the autism spectrum. Implementing behavior plans, teaching skill acquisition, and reducing maladaptive behaviors were critical components of my day to day work. In this position I was board certified as a registered behavior technician. I also frequently aided in training new employees, modelled procedures, and communicated directly with families.
