I’m a single mom to 2 girls, one teenager and one almost-teenager. I have worked with children in one capacity or another for 20 years. This includes babysitting, nannying, running a preschool, teaching in church classes, and homeschooling. I have an associates in early childhood education and on the cusp of receiving my masters in developmental psychology. My passion has been to learn what practices result in the healthiest and most resilient adults. Of course that involves a lot of play, as well as firm, but loving parenting.
