I wanted to be a teacher as a child and ended up channeling my passion for caring for and learning about children into a phd in developmental psychology. As a undergraduate and graduate student I was nanny for faculty at the university (took care of a little from the time he was 4 months to 7 years old). I also took care of other graduate students children. I also have experience volunteering at early childhood care centers. I enjoy being an active babysitter, e.g, getting the kids to play, make crafts, and reading to them.
