Hi, I'm Sierra Boyer and I'm 22 years old. I’m currently attending SLCC and getting my degree in graphic design. I also love the outdoors! Skiing, mountain biking, hiking, camping, etc. I just love being outside! Here’s a little bit about my experience: My sister and I used to babysit 5 kids all under the age of 11. Jonny and Robby who were the two youngest were in diapers still so I was responsible for changing their diapers when needed. I also had to make formula for the youngest and keep him on his sleep schedule. I also had to potty train the 4 year old! We were also responsible for driving the two older kids to their violin lessons and picking them up from school! We also helped the kids with their homework. In addition to babysitting the kids, I also did some grocery shopping for the family, helped Read more with folding laundry, and had the kids help me tidy up the house before the parents came home! We would go to the park, play hide and seek, and lots of other activities! I have also nanny’d for another family who had three kids who were the ages of 8, 5, and 2. The 8 year old was at school so I mostly had the 5 and 2 year old. I would do lots of crafts with them. For every holiday we would draw something that was themed and hang it up on the windows. It was so cute. I would also pick up the 5 year old from preschool. She also carpooled with a friend so I would pick up her friend and take them home as well. I would make sure they were strapped into their car seats correctly. I also would make breakfast/lunch for the kids. Some mornings I would also be responsible for bathing them. We would also play games, like ring around the rosy, house, kitchen, and much more! I also had to take the oldest one to the bus stop so I had to get all the kids ready to come with me and make sure he would get to the bus stop on time, etc. I have also watched my brothers kids from time to time as they’ve grown. They have a set of twins who are 6 and another daughter who is 3. I have watched them at all ages. We also play lots of games. We are outside a lot when we can be. We like to play catch, pickleball, swim, soccer, sled, ride bikes, and much more! I love to take them on little hikes with me as well. I try to keep them off screens and tv.
