Hey there! I’m a ballroom dance teacher who has a passion for education, exploration, and child development. My passion started in high school when I started an internship teaching preschoolers for 2 years while studying child psychology and development. I went on to spend many years coaching cheer squads ranging from ages 3-8, then serving as a lab instructor for middle and high school students on an Army base in college, and was the lead caregiver for a classroom of 2 year olds at a local daycare. I’ve been CPR/AED/First-Aid certified in the past, and I am currently in the process of recertification (online portion done, in person portion this week). I’m familiar with schedules, pick-ups/drop-offs, and light housekeeping. I grew up around many furry friends and I have 2 of my own, so if you’ve got pets, I’m excited to meet them too!
