Meet Nicole

My name is Nicole Dillard. I’m 24, almost 25 and I started baby sitting when I was 12. I did this for families in my neighborhood until I was 17. From there I started working with kids with disabilities from ages 3-18 at a developmental disability agency called Journeys. I worked there for the remainder of high school and into college. I then got my Bachelors Degree in Social Work. I currently work in early intervention with babies and toddlers 0-3 with developmental delays and disabilities as a child development specialist.
