Hello, my name is Sophia, and I work currently as the lead for an extended school day program. I am in charge of, on average, 20-40 children ranging from ages 3 to 14 years of age. I take pride in making the environment safe and engaging for the children, as well as being vigilant and attentive to the kids entrusted in my care. I have been working extended school for a total of 5 years now, and I'm currently enrolled in WGU's dual licensure bachelor’s degree program for early education and special education, so I am constantly learning new and important skills to apply to my work. I am "Stop the Bleed" and CPR certified as of 07/24 (for adults, children, and babies), and also have experience with allergies. As well as my professional work, I have had much experience babysitting kids ages 8-12 in an at home environment.
