I currently work as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I love working with families and children, so I thought it would be great to spend some extra time babysitting while utilizing by skills in behavior management. My experience crosses about 9 or 10 years of working with families and learning about child management and interaction. I have ran parent training courses, given school consults, and provided services in multiple settings from home to school. My first experience was with children diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, and then moved into children diagnosed with autism and down syndrome. Since then I have had many opportunities to work with a variety of ages up to teens.
