Hello Families , My name is Kieanna I am 26 years old and currently in school to get my CDA . I have three children and currently a Curriculm coordinator and also in a pre-k classroom in Sugar Land Texas at a childcare development center. I am CPR/First aid certified. I also hold many other certifications regarding childcare . I have over 6 years of childcare experience before working as a lead pre school teacher I was running my own in home daycare in Norfolk VA while my husband was serving the navy. He recently retired and I am exploring other childcare experiences to broaden my horizons and learn more about child care and child development to better care for each child's individual needs. I do have a long list of recommendations from my years of working with children that Is available upon request. I Love arts and crafts and Read more imaginative play I'm also firm believer on repetition so I do sit down with each family and come up with a schedule that best matches your child then I stick to that schedule. Im also huge on communication because I'm with your child any where from 6 -12 hours a day therefore communicating with you throughout the day on how they are doing , daily pictures , and their needs are important to me. I also write up lesson plans monthly to ensure that we are learning at a steady speed and keeping on track with the grade your child is in.I am looking forward from hearing from the right family, thank you for your time.
