Hi! My name is Shelby, I hope to get to know you and your family, but in the meantime here is a bit about me. I have been babysitting since I was ten years old, starting with four children in a single family. For kids of any age, I like to incorporate positive lessons that encourage their personal growth and knowledge into our daily play or communication. I still love to learn too, and enjoy the often inciteful questions that come from children. I started my degree in education, and have experience with many different types of unique personalities and abilities as a result. I switched to accounting, so if your students like math I can certainly help them out! In addition (pun), I also teach violin. Fun skills that I enjoy and modestly excel at are cooking, violin, puzzles, and computer games. I have dealt with many high stress situations and will react appropriately in the best interest of your children as a former lifeguard and camp counselor.
