Hi, I’m Kate! A bilingual babysitter from San Antonio, with several years experience caring for children of all ages, including infants and kids with special needs. I’m currently studying to become a nurse at San Antonio College, after graduating high school early. My passion for caregiving runs deep. I know how difficult it can be to leave your kiddos in the care of someone else, so I do my best to create an environment where everyone feels safe, supported, and respected. My background working with special needs kiddos has taught me to be patient, empathetic, attentive, and adaptable- qualities I bring to every family I work with. I also have hands-on experience as a caregiver for a medically complex patient, so I understand the important of trust and clear communication. I love engaging with kids through hands-on activities such as playing and learning, and tend to limit screen time unless Read more otherwise requested by parents. My goal is always to meet your family’s unique needs and ensure your kiddos are safe, happy, and well cared for. My rate doesn’t increase by number of children unless there are more than 3, then I go up by $5 an hour, per kiddo. I believe childcare shouldn’t break the bank to ensure your kids are safe and cared for while you get things done.
