My name is Alexis, and outside of college, I love working with kids! Previously, I worked for two families on Sittercity. One family had a nine-year-old boy, and I picked him up from school and stayed with him until his sister came home. The other family had two twin seven-year-old girls, and I would take them to school or camp during holidays. After the families no longer needed me, I worked at Gold's Gym in the kids club. There, I cared for children between the ages of three months and eleven years. Following that, I was fortunate enough to get hired through NISD's Learning Tree program. I worked at a middle school where I planned a daily schedule, preformed a curriculum, provided snacks, and played games with students with and without special needs. Overall, I have over two years of experience working with kids, and during that time I've been trained in infant and adult CPR and first aid.
