For the past four years, I have gained a substantial amount of experience working with individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities through my volunteer work with Special Olympics and the Liberty Hill ACCESS 18+ program. Through these positions, I have become engaged in providing the various services to children and young adults with special needs to ensure they are receiving the proper care and resources necessary to their progress and wellbeing. While their have been a plethora of diagnoses in which I've assisted with, I am most experienced working with those with Down Syndrome, ADHD, Autism, and others involving cognitive impairments.
