Hi, I’m Kaylee Parada. I am 18 years old and I love working with children because all my cousins are from newborn age to 17. I’m always the one my uncles and aunts call when they need someone to take care of their children, plus they all love me. They get along with me so well, I know how to work with them pretty easily. I’ve also taken child development courses all throughout high school, which really helped me a lot more. When I was a child myself, growing up I just always wanted to be understood so I know how to connect with children really well, I also am very well with handling situations that take a wrong turn. Talking things out and finding a solution is one of my specialties, because we can’t fight fire with fire. It’s best to be understanding, especially with children.
