I’m fairly new to the Austin area and have fallen in love with the area and community. I spend most of my free time doing home improvement projects, training my puppy, going on hikes, camping, going to the book store, visiting pop up museums and so much more. I’ve been in the child care business for over 4 years, one of which I was a full time nanny for a 9 month old and a 3 year old. I am CPR, AED, First Aid and Food Handlers certified as well as fluent in the Spanish language. My past experience includes infants starting at 6 weeks, toddlers, and children up to the age 12. As a nanny, I was responsible for light house keeping, driving to and from preschool, spending the day with the infant, creating outdoor and indoor learning and skill development activities, transporting to family events or for grandparents Read more weekend stay. My shift was a 12 hour shift that had starting from 5:30 AM so all morning routines and meals throughout the day were prepped by me. As a private preschool teacher, I’ve learned a lot of developmental actives surrounding the early development of toddlers. -fine motor skills -gross motor skills -communication skills -hand/eye coordination -social skills -environmental skills -sensory development -beginner level ASL As a disclosure, I am NOT vaccinated due to health related reasons. However, I am very careful with my health in social areas, I try to avoid indoor gatherings as much as possible and wear my masks at all times indoor as well. Daily vitamins are taken to insure great immunity system. I am comfortable wearing a mask for the entire duration of my shift.
