I've worked in Childcare facilities and have had my own home care for some time, while my husband & I raised our four children. I now have 3 Young adults and last child will be 18 next July 2015. I'm now at home and have started an in home childcare for community, and so my grandson (20 Months old ),will have childcare while his parents work and go to school. My philosophy fir teaching children, is learning through play, and hands own activities. I use themes every month and transform my home to look like we've traveled back in time, so children can have a greater understanding.
