As soon as I could I wanted to help with children’s events, I started off working at Friday night live an elementary school event as early as 13 I volunteered there for years until I was old enough to work there. We watched elementary school aged children provided games, snacks, and fun for everyone. I have tons of family references for the families I’ve worked with over the years from babies from a few months old up to middle school aged children. I’ve worked with kids with higher support needs and I understand helping with conflict resolution.
