I have had experience working with foster kids, special needs kids, children with behavioral problems, and children of all ages. I absolutely love children and have experience from babies to teenagers. I love music and reading and encourage children to use their imaginations during playtime. I love playing with the kids and making up games that are both creative and educational. I try to fill their days with outdoor activities and creative play. I have been babysitting for six years, but have been a volunteer childcare worker for 10 years. For the past 6 months I have worked as a respite care provider for EAK Good Neighbor. I watch a nine year old boy with severe disabilities and provide meals, medications, personal care, and lots of playtime! Since he began school, I only work two afternoons a week and would love to spend my time caring for some amazing kids!
