Hey there Hutto & surrounding area families! My name is Amanda, and I’m looking to take on new families who are searching for a long-term, reoccurring date night sitter. I am 33 years old and have been babysitting children ranging in age from newborn through preteen since taking a Safe Sitter course at age 14. I have also been working in licensed childcare centers for 15 years now, primarily with ages 3-6. I am infant and child CPR and First Aid certified, I have a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle, and I am always happy to provide several childcare-related references. While spending time with the kiddos, I am down for any and all activities! Some of my favorites include: arts & crafts & coloring, board games, reading books, the occasional movie night and Mario Kart race (if screen time is allowed) and any & all outdoor activities. I Read more also love taking children on daytime outings to places such as parks & playgrounds, swimming pools, the movies, children’s museums, the library, or even just on neighborhood walks! I am willing to help with light child-related housework during any potential downtime, such as washing bottles and children’s dishes, children’s laundry, cleaning/organizing playrooms, and simple lunch/dinner/snack preparation.
