I am a middle aged female with over 15+ years of child care experience. Being a mother of 2 teenagers as well as paid work as a nanny and babysitter for 3 different families over the past years. One of my most rewarding role was working full time for a large family of 6, with 4 children ranging from 1 to 9 years, here I gained extra experience. Two went to school and the other two stayed home. I helped with homework and proof reading for the 2 who went to school. Prepared meals and cleaned up after meals, did dishes & cleaned counters, did laundry and cleaned the children's rooms and some light house cleaning. Sometimes it was refreshing to take the children out for walks to the park at least twice a week, which they loved very much. I changed diapers, potty trained for the 4 year old, Read more gave baths & dressing-up, put the 2 young ones on a nap schedule while the other 2 were at school. I created development & growth activities like reading or flashcards to keep them active. My strengths are multi-tasking, a good cook and quick to learn new recipes. I am extremely organized and hygiene clean, hard working and flexible. I am compassionate and very patient, I understanding that it sometimes takes a while for a child to get comfortable with a new face. I am energetic with a positive attitude and confident in my work. Having a Christian background, I humble myself and take responsibility and initiative, I pay respect to my employers and their homes. And take nothing for granted in life. I am a graduated and have experience with computer skills, reading and writing. I also own a car with a clean driving record. Hope I can be of some help to your family. Sarah. B
