I am married and have one adult child . Beautiful Galveston Island is my home. I am a retired Elementary School teacher. Teaching all levels of elementary age children from the average to the gifted and talented was very rewarding to me. I have tutored children through the years, and I home schooled my child. Needless to say, working with children and caring for babies are favorites of mine. Some of my other hobbies include arts and crafts, baking, shopping, running errands and traveling. I am extremely clean, organized, outgoing, friendly, happy, perceptive, caring, and an understanding Mom with a lot of energy.

Kriste helped babysit for us when we rented a beach house with another family this summer. After speaking on the phone for 30 mins, we booked her for all four children on a Friday night. She did so great and the kids were so happy that we ended up asking her to come back Saturday night too! We can't recommend Kriste enough. I feel so lucky to have a sitter that I can trust and who the kids enjoy in one of our favorite local destinations- finding Kriste is a game changer! After spending the day with the kids at the beach, the adult only evenings ensure that we, as parents, relax and recharge on the trip too. Thank you so much Kriste!
