She has been our part time babysitter for around a month before accepting a full time non babysitting offer that fits her future career interest. During her time with us, she was loving caring with my son and she was communicating with him very well. We still keep her as a contact for an emergency babysitting needs for the weekends and off hours.

We had an interview scheduled with Destiny for 1 pm. She messaged about an hour before asking to reschedule for 4 pm. We agreed and re-arranged our schedule to wait for her at 4 pm instead of 1 pm. She did not show up and never messaged us again to say she would not be able to meet us or let us know why she did not show up. Perhaps she was in an accident and unable to text? More likely, she ghosted us which is not what I would like in a nanny.
