Very nice, friendly lady, but I was not pleased when promised care, yet individual did not show up, call or respond to messages and calls. This was disappointing, to say the least. I'm sure she's a very qualified individual, but I still am not sure why there was never a response to my inquiries after I was certain she had agreed to help me out with my kiddos.
