Hi there! my name is Charisma& I’ve been working with children since I was 15. Finding babysitting jobs, child care at church, becoming a nanny, or my favorite and most recent was the honor of becoming an RBT (registered behavior technician) for children with autism. I was employed at Behavioral Transformations in Rockwall, Texas from 2018-2020 until I joined the military! Which brings me here to Norfolk! I just finished my contract and I am transitioning back into child care! I am CPR BLS certified, have experience giving medication, seizure protocols, and epi pens! I am more than willing to meet the family first for peace of mind!
