My first job in childcare was when I was about 19 yrs old. I served as a preschool teacher at a Montessori school in Colleyville in the two year old class. This included implementing a daily schedule, teaching, arts and crafts, serving, naptime and potty training. Also required training needed in childcare. This opened the door to me babysitting for several families from the school and also transporting children home and sometimes staying until parents came home. I moved and became a preschool teacher at Brock Christian Learning Center in Brock in the two year old class and also infants. My own son came with me and was at that school as well. I moved back to North Richland Hills where I taught preschool in the preschool and pre-k classes at Primrose in Hurst. I was assistant and lead teacher in these classrooms. I also worked for Temp Sitters, a Read more babysitting agency based in Fort Worth for several years. The agency would assign me to in home sittings for various ages and also in churches where I would assist in leading curriculum and childcare for all ages. I currently serve as a Sunday school teacher at my church.
