Hi! My name is Maria but everyone calls me MJ! I am a full time sophomore at Boston College, I am in the business school but I love to read and write. I recently discovered that I adore working with kids, I am a part of BC Bigs, a partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts. I have been with my “little sister” since my freshman year and I love spending time with her every other Saturday and talking with her outside of the program. Growing up I was an only child but adored spending time with my little cousins. I was always the one in charge when the parents went out because I was the only one of the older cousins who had the patience and personality to connect with the younger cousins.
