I hired this young lady after 2 interviews, a phone interview and in person interview and hired her. Discuss the important dates I had upcoming and dismissed all other applicants for the position. I have sent several text messages and email messages to confirm these dates. Armarnie has not responded. If there was emergency or you decided to didn't want the position it is unprofessional not to inform me. I have had to start the process all over again because the dates I needed are rapidly approaching. If you looking for someone to communicate with you she did not meet that standard for me.
