Hello! My name is Amanda, and I am very interested in being your sitter. I have 10 years of experience as a paid caregiver, during which I have cared for children of all ages. I can clean, cook, and help with homework, as you requested. I also have my own car and a clean driving record, so picking up your kiddos would not be a problem. I am very loving, patient and outgoing. I plan activities that children will find entertaining and educational. Babysitting is also something I love doing because it’s amazing being part of a child, as they are learning and growing as a person. I look forward to hearing from you. I asked Amanda to contact me, which she did but after asking if I'd pay $24/hr for 45/hrs per week, she wouldn't provide me with her name. I had to use an online search to figure out which contact I had connected with after I told her that her rate was high for the hours requested as my kids are in school 1/2 days. As a busy professional recruiter working on commission, I really don't appreciate when people waste my time and I found her refusal to provide me with something as simple as her name to be unprofessional. I never write reviews, but I think this behavior should be noted.

Only have a 4 because she hasn’t started working with us yet...but has been great leading up to her first day.

Amanda hasnt started with our family yet. However, during the interview process she has been very responsive and prompt. Great communication throughout the process as well. I look forward to working with her and having her as an extension of our family.
