Lorenz Dallas, TX 9726390470 cptlisa@fastmail.net I have primarily worked with developmental and physical disabilities in all ages, but also look after toddlers and other children without disabilities. I will also assist seniors (with and without some memory conditions). I am fine with cleaning play areas and keeping up with laundry and helping with light housework. I love animals, so pets are great. More of my background…I began working with disabilities (physical and developmental) in the early 90's in Denton TX. I have since helped out with individuals in home and in some facilities. I’ve also worked in Supported Living houses, which generally had higher-functioning people housed 2-3 per apartment or house. I have experience with managing/administering medications, ADL assistance, some brain/spinal injury, and G-tube feeding. My current clients are three school children in need of carpooling and tutoring, and one very busy toddler, none of which have disabilities. Nov2000 – present Contractual work in caregiving, working exclusively with families for various disabilities. Experience with behavioral and physical adaptive measures and assistance, medication administration, personal care such as bathing and feeding, and implementation of physical therapies, skills training, and therapeutic play. Mar2009 –Jul2012 Practicing certified personal trainer. I worked my first year and a half at LA Fitness, but soon developed my own client list and provided fitness training in home.
