Rose has worked for our family for nearly four years. She is extremely reliable, conscientious, smart, and very talented when it comes to getting the boys to cooperate. She is well organized and I sometimes joke with my colleagues that she is my wife. I know that I can ask her to do any little thing and she will get it done, but I rarely have to ask because she is an independent self-starter who takes initiative. We know our children are in good hands when we travel internationally. We feel confident they are safe and Rose can handle whatever comes her way while we are out of town for multiple days. We know she loves our boys dearly and they feel the same way about her. Over the past year my schedule has changed and we don’t need a caregiver full-time and appreciate that Rose needs to work a full-time schedule as this is her profession. We plan to continue using her services whenever possible and highly recommend her to any family with young children.

We had Rose come over and watch our two girls when one of us was on travel, and emergency coverage was a must! Rose was extremely professional and personable, very prompt and assuring. She took the initiative in filling in a lot of the blanks that parents usually have in asking questions about a new sitter. Our daughters had a great time, and really enjoyed meeting and spending time with Rose. We'd love to have her back any time!

Rose really helped me out when another sitter bailed out two days before I needed them. She came the day before and meet me, my boyfriend and my 4 month old Tyler. She had all of her reviews,certifications,and other forms a mom would like to see with her which was nice. She was prompt and left me a note of what happened throughout the day. I can not say enough great things about Rose. For the past 4 months she has helped me care for my toddler and infant for one morning a week. She also helped do some overnight work with my infant during a very tough time when I was having difficulty sleeping. Rose is dependable, honest, kind, and wonderful with children. Rose has never ceased to impress me from the moment I interviewed her through her first few weeks as a live-in nanny. My school age kids love and respect her. She gets my kids to do things myself and many others often struggle with like cleaning up after themselves, eating healthy, diligently doing their homework. She provides the structure that my ADD son needs. Rose is intuitive and intelligent about kids' needs and wants; she shows initiative and handles virtually anything thrown at her. Rose prepares the kids for their activities and gets them there promptly. I particularly appreciate Rose's detailed daily reports on the kids and their day. Moreover, Rose is responsible, honest and respectful as a household guest, a real hard worker and a great value.

Rose is a committed and professional sitter. Punctual, attentive, warm, and nurturing - Rose is everything we look for in a sitter. She asked the right questions and got to know the kids before she came to sit for the evening. The kids were comfortable with her and she worked to engage them in suitable activities that kept their interest while remaining "in charge." We felt completely confident leaving her with the kids. We were delighted to hear about their adventures in the morning when they awoke well rested. We all look forward to having Rose back to sit again soon.

Rose is my friend's Nanny so I've had a lot of day to day contact with her and hear about her from my friend. She is excellent! We call her the "Super Nanny". The kids love her, she is reliable, responsible, a true professional and is excellent relating and interacting with children. Rose watched my kids (ages 8 and 4) one night while she also had her Nanny (my friend's) kids, so she had the 4 children, ages 9,8,7 and 4. I will definitely use her again and highly recommend her.
