I love working with children because of the joy and energy they bring to every interaction. My experience spans various roles where I've been privileged to babysit, mentor, teach, and inspire young minds. At the YMCA Find My Genius Summer Program, I assisted in teaching Kindergarten through fifth graders, developing their skills in math, reading, and language arts while fostering supportive classroom environments. At Travis Heights Elementary, I mentored students with challenging behaviors, making a positive and lasting impact through guidance and encouragement. Additionally, my time working as a youth camp leader for several years has allowed me to blend coaching with leadership and fair judgment, ensuring a fun and inclusive environment for children of all ages. What sets me apart is my ability to connect with children on their level, adapt teaching strategies to individual needs, and create a safe, supportive atmosphere where every child can thrive and grow.
