Hello Families, My name is Noelle Bugaj and I have worked with children and in child development for a large portion of my life. My late teens I was a camp counselor for children 5-13 years of age. In my mid-20's I was a full time nanny for three children, two 5 month old twins, and a 3 year old. I was the Gym Director of a The Little Gym location for a couple years when I first moved to Texas teaching child development & gym classes to 4month-12 year year olds. I worked with children with special needs and autism as an ABA therapist for several years after that as well. I left the childcare space about 5 years ago, though I still babysat for friends over the last few years to help them out. I have been in the Zero Waste industry, working with businesses in the City Read more of Austin helping them set up compost and recycling programs. I teach classes on composting & chicken keeping for the City of Austin. I have also continued to teach classes about Zero Waste to children over the past 5 years and they continue to be at the core of what brings me joy. I am recently a founder of a new company within Zero Waste called Small Acts and I am looking for a consistent part-time position or a temporary full-time position as I get everything off the ground. I am still in business development stage and I for-see no issues with being able to care for your lovely kiddo(s) while developing my company. I am aware that families are typically looking for someone to be able to commit to them and build relationships with their children. I can very clearly commit myself to at least 6 months, if not longer, of support for your family. I am flexible in my schedule, what I have listed on here is my preference...but feel free to reach out even if it doesn't match with your needs exactly as I may be able to adjust.
