I have experience babysitting my nieces, who range in age from 10 months to 5 years old. I am able to handle a busy and hectic environment with composure. I have been recommended to babysit for family friends and their acquaintances. One of the most memorable experiences I've had was when I had to watch three kids, all under the age of 4, and keep them entertained while putting the baby to sleep. It was quite a challenge as the child was exhausted and crying heavily for her mother, but I managed to soothe the baby and put her to sleep while also looking after the baby's siblings, who were between the ages of 2 and 4. I have also looked after kids older than 5. Last summer, I spent the entire season serving at a nonprofit organization where I helped care for kids between the ages of 1 and Read more 15, though I mainly worked with the younger kids. I believe that my sincerity, kindness, and composure have enabled me to easily connect with kids. Based on my personal experience, I understand the importance and impact of childhood experiences, which is really significant to me. I want to create good memories for the kids I care for, so they have something to look back. I am currently in my junior year of nursing school with the aspiration of pursuing a career as a NICU nurse. Nursing has been a lifelong passion of mine, particularly in relation to working with children. My goal is to continue advancing in the field, contributing to the healing journey of young patients and providing comfort to their parents. I believe that through my major, I will be able to meet various kinds of people from different backgrounds, and I can learn from them just as they can learn from me. My goal is to become a nurse who not only takes care of a patient's health, but also advocates for them and lives for them. During my free time, I enjoy reading self-help books. I like to expand my knowledge and challenge myself to further grow as an individual. One of my favorite writers is John Mark Comer, as he writes about difficult things and ways to develop one's character. I enjoy relaxing and catching up on some of my favorite shows, spending time with friends and family, as well as spending time outdoors. I also enjoy playing sports, so I try to play during intramurals. Additionally, I love going on spontaneous trips and adventures with friends.
