Looking for childcare this fall? Look no further! Hello! My name is Katie, and I am a senior at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville where I study Speech Language Pathology and am minoring in Child & Family Studies. I have experience with children of all ages and my background of knowledge in child development and similar areas of study allows me to better serve the families I work with. Last semester, I served as a mentor to students with disabilities in the FUTURE program at UTK. In the past, I have worked at a daycare (Grow Academy off 8th Ave in Nashville) for the summer of 2019. I specialized in infant care there, but also spent a lot of time with toddlers. I first started babysitting when I was 13, and since have added greatly to my experience and qualification. I have a babysitting certification and am also CPR certified, Read more per the programs through YMCA (I attended the one on Concord in Brentwood, TN). Most recently, I nannied a 5-month old this past summer. I am comfortable watching up to 3 kids at a time. Children and their wit never cease to put a smile on my face, and it would be my pleasure to help your family this fall! Feel free to reach out! (615)438-4945
