Hello, I’m Haley! I am currently studying to become a doula, and I love working with parents and children. I’ve been working in the childcare field for years on and off, summed up about 3 years total. I started babysitting/nannying at 16 and did so privately on and off until I was 18. That's where I got my years of elementary age experience. Then I worked as a Lead Toddler Teacher and Daycare Floater in the Nashville area for about a year. I mostly worked with children from 18mo-4yr old, but I do have infant experience as well. My favorite part of early childhood care is creating fun and educational activities. I think it's important to meet each child at their level and see things from their little point of view. There is so much to be learned from the way they play!
