I moved from TN last year, but currently live in Manhattan. I’m on a break from college right now, so I wanted to pickup babysitting again in the city, and possibly nannying. I grew up in a big family and love children, and seeing them grow into their personalities. If I can be a small part of helping you out, and giving them more creative and expressive activities while I take care of them, I’d love to. I wanna make them feel cared for, heard, & seen in everything that they do, and will make that happen to the best of my ability! I’d also love to discuss what you’d like to incorporate into the time I spend with your child(ren) and also want to mention that I am a music, movie, and theatre lover, so endless dance parties to rid them of the usual restlessness in the little ones! Read more And I absolutely, down to my core, adore taking children on adventures, that can solely come from their imagination! If watching movies are good with you, I’d love watching their favorites with them, maybe some sing-alongs, dress up, fort building, painting, you name it! I’ve been taking care of kids since I was a kid really. I consistently pet-sat for a year, and have done on-off jobs with babysitting, some paid, some just as favors! I also volunteered in a church for a while watching infants-5 yr olds, love to cook, and am the eldest sister, which I feel has helped me with later elementary- junior high/middle school aged kids. Lastly, I house-sat quite often for different families, which ranged from keeping an eye on the house, to watching their pets, overnight care, taking care of laundry, watering plants, etc. *Wanted to preface a heads up that I will not be able to care for children at my place, as I have a roommate that comes in from work late, and there’s not too much room for your child(ren) to have their own space* Currently not available this weekend 20-22
