Hello families :) My name is Ella Lynch and I am looking for a family to work with! I am 23 years old, I live right near downtown Franklin but I do not mind driving distances. I just recently took a break from child care and moved to California, but I am now excited to be able to pursue my passion for once and for all. I am certified in child care, as in 2021-2022, I taught at a small private pre-school which requires certification and 20 hour classes. I worked with ages 3-5 but I started my nannying business before, during and after. I started nannying very often for the kids that I was teaching at the pre-school. I worked with ages 3 through 5 then I continued working with newborns all the way to fourteen year olds. I have nannied for families of all ages and have always Read more had great experiences. I have plenty of reference's as well, as I have worked for a lot of families. I am extremely confident in my ability to work with children as I am just as confident that every child I’ve worked with has been a perfect fit. I pride myself in my ability to get children to be comfortable, content, happy and most importantly safe and safely having fun. I respect all rules that parents set for their children and I always abide by the rules given to me. I started pay from 15-30$ per hour but I miss working with kids so much, that I do not have a specific price at the moment. I am also in school to work to be in child care. Luckily, I do it all online and at my own pace, so it would never get in the way of work. I started my child care journey at a Girl Scout camp, being a counselor. I have a lot of fun activities that I always will have planned for the day like, sensory games, outdoor activities, arts and crafts and etc, depending on ALL ages!
