my name is fernanda and i've been babysitting since i was 16 years old, i'm brazilian and i've lived in usa for 1 year i've been an aupair and currently i work with a 2 year old child every other week. i just love my job and i find the most rewarding thing to work with children and see how their world develops. I have experience with all ages and also with children with special needs. me looking for a casual job that may or may not become something recurring Currently I’m work part time taking care of a 2 year old boy. My responsibilities with him are: preparing food and feeding him, preparing educational activities according to age, putting him to bed, reading books and encouraging him with reading, making educational activities and encouraging him to communicate better, potty training , taking him outside to do activities and encouraging Read more him to make friends and socialize with children his age. it has been a great experience to see his development and I am more and more happy to work with children I was an exchange student and lived with a wonderful host family and worked as an aupair for them during that time. My responsibilities were with a 7 month old boy at the time I started and he was already 1 year old when I moved in, I was responsible for preparing food and feeding him, putting him to sleep and doing sleep training, preparing activities that they help in the development according to his age and in cleaning and sanitizing him and my workplace, play with it, read books, take it to the park and go for walks. this was a great experience for me, it helped me a lot in the development of my english and the cultural exchange was incredible.
