Madison A.

She did great two months (total of 3hrs, 3x a week) - on time, did everything needed. Then she agreed to extra time (full shifts, 5AM-4PM Mon-Fri for 3 weeks) while I attended mandatory training for my job. The first day of the new schedule she no called no showed, I called and texted several times with no answer. She texted me almost 2hrs after she was supposed to be there saying she was on her way. I had already made arrangements with my mother to watch her. With my mandatory training I am only allotted 2 tardies/absences within those 3 weeks or I lose my job, and that tardy counted for one. I made arrangements at that point for my mother to watch her for those 3 weeks since her schedule opened up. I offered for Maddie to come back after my training is complete with the previous schedule (total of 3hrs/day, 3x a week), which she declined to continue the job because "it really took a hit to her life that she cant afford happening again". She is a great sitter for smaller jobs, but I cannot extend a recommendation for full or extended hours for her. She was great with my daughter and did her job properly, when she was there.

Madison is fantastic! She was super attentive to both our children, and they enjoyed her company very much. Madison is a great communicator with both adults and children and has a heart of gold!
