Hey, I go by my middle name Mathew. I am from a Spanish (Puerto Rican) household. Veteran. That being said, I would babysit my sister, cousins, friends children, nieces and nephews. I worked as an ABA Therapist with children typically between the ages of 3 and 7 who had disabilities, Mainly Autism. Most of my patients were non-verbal so I know a little sign language and do not mind learning more if needed. Communication is key. I value transparency, honesty and fairness.
