I have worked with children of all ages ever since I was old enough to babysit my siblings and children in the neighborhood. I have worked in a day care setting, a secure residential setting, a public school setting and a personal home setting. I have experience working with children with autism, ADHD, OCD, behavioral issues, cerebral palsy and developmental disabilities. I enjoy learning about each individual student and applying both what I know about him and my past experience to develop an effective plan to encourage and stimulate the student. I am extremely patient, creative, caring, calm and passionate about helping those with special needs lead as "normal" a life as possible.
