Hi, I’m Faith Gallmon! I’m 19 years old and currently a sophomore at Winthrop University, where I’m studying Educational Studies with a concentration in Special Education. I have a deep passion for working with children, especially those with disabilities, and I strive to create a nurturing and supportive environment for every child I care for. I love being a sitter because caring for children brings me so much joy. Watching them learn, grow, and explore the world around them is incredibly rewarding. My experience working with children with disabilities has shown me the importance of patience, understanding, and creating a safe space where kids feel valued and supported. I take pride in helping children develop confidence and independence while ensuring they have fun in the process! I have hands-on experience working with children with disabilities, both through my academic studies and personal involvement with families. Additionally, I have served as Read more a Resident Assistant at Winthrop University for three semesters, which has strengthened my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
