Hi, my name is Jamie. I'm 29 years with 15 total years of varying experience withinfant, toddler, school age, teenage, and adult care with an additional 4 years of residential cleaning, meal prep, and house sitting. Through the years I've worked in a wide array of employment ranging from food and bev, special needs care, hospitality, small business marketing, child care, summer camps, gymnastics education, event promotion, nonprofit adventures, housekeeping (commercial and residential), teaching introductory violin lessons, tutoring, lifeguarding, and becoming a mother myself with a now three year old little boy. With this checkered background I've built a well rounded foundation of real life experience, understanding, training, education and competence to approach interaction with people of a very diverse spectrum of understanding and physical capability. Everyone is unique and should be approached as such, ESPECIALLY under circumstances when someone is responsible for the care and well being of another, Read more as that is a responsibility I treat with the utmost respect. I have lots of experience with every age group sourcing from summer camp employment and gymnastics teaching. I'm well versed in infant care as well from personal experience with my own son and family. Adult care is also in my skill set with 5 years of certified experience. I'm CPR and first aid in infant, child, and handlersadult. Food handlers card, SafeSitter, and some older, probably expired but still trained, retained, and have all of my study material for children's gym and playground equipment safety required for previous jobs. I am ideally looking to babysit in my home but for the right family with an ideal match of services requested and available, I'll travel, be in their home in whatever capacity they may need. I have my own vehicle, car seat, license, roadside assistance, emergency kit, some toddler age appropriate toys, equipment, a crib mattress, extra twin bed, potty training seat, dishware, Hulu and Netflix (if allowed, and only as instructed by parents) I recently moved to James Island.
