I started babysitting at the age of 12 and almost every job I have had since then involved kids. I am a mother of four children ages 13-20. I have also been a special education teacher for 25 years for children ages 3-14. My specialty is developing play skills, language skills and self-regulation skills in children with autism so that they are able to be active participants in classrooms with their peers. I am kind, consistent and organized. I love talking with kids, reading to them, running around, pretending and encouraging them to be curious problem solvers. I'm available most evenings beginning at 4 pm, weekends and all day during school vacations.
