For a few years I worked in Chester upland school districts accelerated high school program, as the science teacher to 7th grade through 12th/ up to 21 years old. I've taught many subjects among those subjects are biology, 7th and 8th grade science, chemistry, Sports medicine, and Read more earth space. My students Came with challenging backgrounds. I was able to experience trauma, unique family issues specific to the inner city, young pregnancies, emotional and sped students. Substitute teacher services employed me as a substitute for multiple grade levels and subjects. I nannied for various families throughout the past 20 years. Many families had multiple children. I have experience w infants through high school, including toddlers. My relationship with the families has spanned over many years. Most of the families, I still have contact with, although the children are older and I am no longer needed. The families tend to become really close to me and we develop great relationships. I consider those families an extension of my own. I am the oldest of 6 children with the youngest being 16 years younger. I have nannied for a family with 2 children 1 child was non verbal. I have years of non verbal experience in the work place as well. My background in education entails a BA From Westchester university in biology and Spanish. I later went on to Temple University to study science secondary education biology. I also have a degree in nursing from delaware county community college. I had a sports injury a few months ago and am taking a break from nursing. I worked as a nurse throughout corona with those patients. I have worked in pediatrics as well. I am considering a recertification program in teaching and accepted to a gym teacher program at Eastern university. Sports and Athletics are very important to me. I'm very active. I love outdoor activities.
