I'd describe myself as empathetic, nurturing, and patient. Another skill would be my ability to build good rapport with kids and teens. My ideal job would be helping and caring for children and/or teens with or without special needs. My preferred age would be toddler to teenager and a senior caregiver. I started caring for people with and without special needs when I was in high school. I have personal experience with children with and without special needs in my own life, so I'm very understanding. Things I like to do include writing, doing crafts, and volunteer. I am a coach for the Special Olympics. Also, cooking and baking are my favorite things to do! I am trained in CPR, First aid, AED, sleep safe practices for infants, and Advanced Child Care training. I am a substitute teacher in schools from grades preK to 5th grade. I am currently going Read more to school for special education. I am servsafe certified, so I can safely prep and make meals. So, I can ensure safety while cooking and baking. I am able to teach if wanted as I have experience as a teacher.
