I am a Kindergarten teacher with 6 years of classroom experience. I love animals and spending time outdoors! In addition to my classroom experience, have worked as a nanny for several families in the past as well as in three branches of a local daycare provider (caring for infants through school-aged children) and a lead teacher in a two-year-old classroom at Tender Care Learning Center. I am knowledgable in daily child care tasks including diapering/toilet-training, preparing meals, nap time, etc., as well as planning and implementing developmentally-appropriate activities that encourage children of all ages to learn in a fun and engaging way! Reading is one way that I particularly enjoy passing time with kiddos, and I always encourage children to pursue whatever interests them and do my best to help foster their learning through a variety of mediums and sensory activities.
