Hello! My name is Ellen, and I am looking to apply for a position working as a tutor, private instructor, babysitter, caretaker, and/or pet sitter. In 2015, I graduated from Emory University with a major in Psychology. Afterwards, I worked in clinical research for 8 years, but am now looking to switch tracks in my career. Recently, I have completed and obtained certification to work as a Registered Behavioral Technician with Attain ABA, as well as a clearance history for Pennsylvania Child Abuse. In the past, I have worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor for 9 years at the YMCA, where I was CPR certified. I taught private and group lessons to children ages ranging from 2 - 13 years old. I also worked as a SAT tutor for Huntington Learning Center and have experience working with older students (13 - 18 years old). While my area of expertise Read more focused mainly on the math section of the SAT, I also helped students with their schoolwork courses. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, running, hiking, reading, playing musical instruments (piano, violin, guitar), and currently attempting to learn how to tap-dance.
