When asked why I love my job, or why I chose it, I often sit in silence for a few minutes. Not because of a lack of reasons, but because there are so many things to love, so many things that pulled me towards it. Working with kids helps me feel like I am making a difference, I am helping one child at a time with not only all the necessary skills that are needed at their specific age, but with their confidence, their creativity. Teaching them that they are special and they are worth it! In order to keep these kiddos safe while doing these things, I do have my CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications, and years of experience working with children to be able to know what their needs are when they may not know.
