I started babysitting when I was in my early teens. Caring for, playing with, and teaching children has always been a passion of mine. Throughout my years of education and work experience, children and youth have always been the common factor. I have worked as a day care teacher, camp counselor, sports coach, skills trainer, and youth mentor. The past year I have taken off from work to stay at home with my own baby and work on my master's degree. I love taking my 15-month-old daughter on hikes, to the pool, gym, library, and the park. I love introducing her to new experiences and adventures. I am hoping to find a position where I can bring her along with me, as I am her current primary caretaker.
